orders must be paid in full before order will be processed.)
Shipping:
All shipments are via FedEx with freight charges added directly
to invoices.
Damage
Claims:
Damage in Transit - Inspect shipments immediately. Claims of damage
in transit must be filed directly with FedEx. Save all cartons
and packing material or carrier will not honor claim. Notify FedEx.
A claim number will be issued to you over the phone or when FedEx
picks up the damaged merchandise. Contact Maple Mountain Candles
with the claim number and date your merchandise was picked up
by FedEx. Maple Mountain Candles will re-ship your merchandise
as soon as possible, or deduct the amount of FedEx reimbursement
from your invoice.
Shortage, Defects, Damage - Inspect shipments immediately. Defect
or shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
No credits will be issued by Maple Mountain Candles for goods
returned in a damaged condition unless FedEx determines that damages
are the fault of Maple Mountain Candles at the time of shipment.
Returning
Goods: No return of merchandise is allowed without authorization
from Maple Mountain Candles, which must be requested within 10
working days of receipt of order. Approved returns are to be shipped
prepaid to Maple Mountain Candles. Credit off returns given only
on merchandise received in sellable condition. 35% handling charge
for all returned merchandise.
